Stop Teenagers from Drinking and Driving

Any alcohol use that becomes apparent should be dealt with immediately. Counseling and alcohol rehab would be in the best interest of the teenager and the unsuspecting public. These kids need help, and too often, they go without it. Teen drinking often leads to alcohol addiction later in life. That can be prevented with alcohol abuse education and rehab.
