Respect and Cherish it

When I was at work I did a good job. I worked hard and helped to make the business grow. As I got more comfortable in my job I started to abuse the fact that my family owned the business. I showed up late for work consistently. I would take money from the business. I would also take product out of the store for my own consumption. I also used drugs while at work.
