Anyone Can Beat Addiction

joey shadow logo 150x150 Anyone Can Beat AddictionThe Narconon program has produced many successful graduates who have went on to lead very happy and wonderful drug free lives. All of these graduates have had to overcome major barriers and obstacles on the road to recovery. Just recently, in a new website, Narconon Trois-Rivieres talks about some key factors on how to get out of addiction, and why it can be a difficult task to conquer addiction on your own.

They point out that when an addiction takes hold, the physical and mental cravings are one of the biggest barriers to staying sober. Some drug addicts can go for long periods without using their particular drug of choice; however, there will be periods during that sobriety where a person will romance or think about using. Some addicts describe having what’s called drug dreams, where they are actually dreaming about using the drug and it is just as real as if they were using it in real life. These mental cravings will also trigger the physical cravings, due to the body retaining a certain amount of the toxins left behind from drug use. The residues of these drug toxins will sometimes cause an addict to physically feel they need to use their drug of choice. These are some major barriers for most drug addicts to overcome.

Narconon Trois-Rivieres wants to make those aware who are struggling with a drug or alcohol addiction that these two barriers should be addressed in order for full therapy to take effect, and complete recovery to be achieved. Unfortunately, drugs change so much about a person that it makes overcoming these obstacles difficult; however, the Narconon program has seen much success in helping drug addicts handle these problems and move on to a drug free life. Narconon Trois-Rivieres wants to reassure people that beating any addiction is possible. he,

Alcoholism is curable and the person can come out of this disastrous monster, if he convince himself / herself about it’s worst consequences.

Glad to hear about your program. Can you please explain how much days it takes to complete this course and where is it available in USA.

    Thanks
    Shruti

    Hey Shruti,

You can find the list of Narconon centers in the U.S.A. (and around the world) at http://www.narconon.org/narconon_centers. This program saved my life, it will always have my support. In my opinion, part of what makes this program work is that it takes as long as it takes to finish it – so if you’ve never been very fast at finishing anything, that’s ok, they don’t charge you more if you stay longer than most people. The average time is anywhere between 3-4 months, I think, but I have known people to need 6 months.
