There is no community that goes unscathed by drinking and driving. Injuries and deaths due to impaired driving accidents are again on the rise, and Narconon wants to reach out to help find solutions to this problem. In Canada, in 2007, 2767 people were killed in drinking and driving accidents, and 194,177 people were injured. In the United States in 2008, 34% of traffic fatalities were due to alcohol impairment. Narconon believes far too many people suffer as a result of drinking and driving and offers possible solutions.
