For many years, Canada has been struggling, as is much of the world, with how to combat the problem of drug addiction. It seems that many of the methods for treatment of both alcohol and drugs have not curtailed the increased use. What is needed, then, is reliable drug rehabilitation that will not only address the drug use, but the reasons that the person uses the drugs.
